1. In the event of any of the following circumstances, the company has the right to terminate or interrupt all or part of the services provided by the game server, and shall not be liable to the user or any third party for any inconvenience or damage arising therefrom:
1.1 During regular inspections or construction, as well as updates to software and hardware, the company reserves the right to suspend services, but will ensure that maintenance and updates are completed as soon as possible;
1.2 The server has been damaged and cannot operate normally;
1.3 Sudden failures of software, hardware, and electronic communication equipment;
1.4 Network provider's line or other malfunctions;
1.5 In emergency situations, in accordance with legal provisions or for the personal and property safety of users and third parties;
1.6 Third-party reasons or other force majeure circumstances.
2. The company reserves the right to terminate or partially terminate the operation of the game if deemed necessary, and will announce 60 days in advance before termination.
3. Regardless of the reason for terminating operations, users should take corresponding measures to handle game virtual items on their own, including but not limited to canceling or ceasing to use game accounts, in-game virtual props, and other related matters. Users shall not request the company to bear any form of compensation or indemnity liability other than for game virtual currency that has been purchased but not yet used, due to the comprehensive termination of operations, including but not limited to compensation requested due to the inability to continue using game accounts, in-game virtual items, etc.
